- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Iggy's Elderflower Physic
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz Brut Cava or Champagne
- Garnish with twist of lemon and garden herbs
In a flute add the gin, Elderflower Physic, and lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed).
Top with a dry Cava, Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon and herbs of your choice.
